    Methods of payment

    • Payment in advance to the account IBAN: CZ30 0800 0000 0022 2507 6283, BIC(SWIFT): GIBACZPX, VS = Order number.
    • Online payment card - We use the payment gateway ShoptetPay
    • Cash on delivery* - Payment at the carrier - Fee 1,56 EUR

    Shipping options

    • Zásilkovna - Delivery to the point of delivery
      • 0-4,8 kg - 3.15 EUR
    • Delivery by post to a address
      • 0-4,9 kg - 4.35 EUR
      • 5-9,8 kg - 5.39 EUR

    We would like to inform you that when you choose to pay by "cash on delivery" - either by card or cash (cash on delivery, cash on delivery, cash on delivery at the post office, cash on delivery at the point of delivery, cash on delivery to courier, etc.), you commit to receive and pay for the ordered goods.

    In the event that you complete your order on our e-shop and do not cancel it before dispatch from the warehouse and subsequently do not pick up/collect the order, you may be charged for the shipping and handling costs of the unclaimed parcel. This means that you will be invoiced for all postage costs (travel to your chosen address, travel back to our warehouse and a cash on delivery charge according to the price list of your chosen carrier).
