Claim procedure
If you have received a damaged or non-functioning product, you have the option to file a complaint. In this case, please inform us by e-mail feedback@cedartaste.eu or by phone +420 608 217 684.
If you wish to make a complaint about the quality of the goods, please do the following: send the defective goods to our address in Prague.

Below is more information on how to claim goods.
According to Section 419 of the Civil Code, the final consumer has the right to demand free and immediate replacement of the goods within six months of receipt of the goods if they are in breach of the purchase contract. If this is not possible, he has the right to demand a discount on the price of the goods or to withdraw from the contract.
Goods purchased in our online shop can be returned within 14 days of receipt in accordance with § 1829 of the Civil Code, provided that the original packaging is intact.
The declared goods are not covered by the warranty in the following cases:
- The expiry date of the declared goods has expired on the date of receipt for return.
- The manufacturing packaging has been damaged or the storage conditions at temperature or conditions of dust, humidity, chemical and mechanical action have been violated.
- The goods have been damaged by natural disasters such as fire, flood, lightning or war.
If the goods are damaged during transit, this is not a standard defective product claim from the factory. If such a situation occurs, please notify us of the claim at our email address (feedback@cedartaste.eu) or phone number +(420) 608217284, however, you must also notify the carrier of the damage within 3 days and prepare a damage report in accordance with the following instructions. If you choose to exchange the goods or refund the full amount, our company does not waive this right. Your opinion will be crucial in this exchange or refund.
Reclaims can be an unpleasant matter for both parties, but we will always endeavour to ensure that our customer is satisfied and that everything is resolved as soon as possible and in their favour. Thank you in advance for your cooperation in any claims process.
