Expert know-how lets us reach the highest kernel quality at every step — from manual sorting to radiation analysis in a modern laboratory.
We source from vetted suppliers in Western and Eastern Siberia. Incoming raw material passes organoleptic inspection, removal of mechanical impurities and damaged nuts, plus radiological and biological control.
To preserve the maximum of nutrients and guarantee long freshness, we use modern cleaning and thermal-treatment technology — and never wash already-cleaned kernels.
The factory is equipped to grade kernels by calibre and eliminate even the smallest foreign particles, producing uniformly high-quality batches.
Warehouses are kept at controlled temperature, humidity, ventilation and lighting, with full sanitary compliance. Kernels are then vacuum-packed — oxidation is halted until opening, locking in freshness and microbiological stability across the whole shelf life.
Our range also includes selected dried fruits from Uzbekistan — available on request.
Official certifications from European and Russian authorities — plus HACCP, ISO 22000 and an EU export licence.
The Siberian Eco-Factory production holds the European Bio-Certificate «Organic» for six product categories, including shelled pine nut kernels. The certificate guarantees that the produce — gathered in the Keninga area of the Tomsk region — contains at least 95% ingredients grown in line with biodynamic-farming standards. Marked with the green-leaf EU Organic logo.
Russian organic certification issued by Roskachestvo, confirming compliance with national organic standards for pine nut kernels and related cedar products.
The production also complies with HACCP food-safety standards, is certified under ISO 22000-2007, and holds an EU export licence №060RU20002005086.
